Unlike standardised off-the-shelf enclosures, our steel framing methodology gives designers complete freedom of expression. From bespoke dimensions and curved partitions to recessed niches and custom sanitaryware, our engineers convert complex architectural intent into precision-manufactured reality—all while ensuring compliance with stringent acoustic and fire-rating regulations.
Offsite steel frame construction replaces conventional multi-trade bathroom fit-outs with monolithic, factory-built modules. Using precision CAD/CAM roll-forming and heavy-duty composite floor trays, each pod is constructed from cold-formed galvanised steel studs. All electrical circuits, sanitary piping, and waste manifolds are pressure-tested and certified before leaving our facility, while integrated acoustic decoupling and concealed access hatches make long-term facility maintenance effortless.
Every project starts in the UK. Our team works with the client to develop the pod design, specification and finishes around the individual project requirements, creating a fully coordinated solution ready for manufacture.
Once approved, your pods are manufactured within our specialist European production facility, combining skilled manufacturing, scalable capacity and competitive European production costs.
From design coordination and procurement through to production, programme and logistics, the entire process is managed by our UK team — giving clients a familiar, responsive and accountable point of contact throughout.
Pods can arrive in the UK fully assembled or be transported efficiently for final assembly where appropriate. Our UK operation provides additional quality control, inspection and final preparation before release to site.
